Man Wanted In Assault, Kidnapping Arrested
TEXAS CITY — A man wanted in connection to an aggravated kidnapping and assault case in Texas City was arrested Tuesday near Houston, police said.
Antonio Sepeda, 43, of Texas City, is accused of forcing his wife into a car and assaulting her but has not been charged.
Sepeda, who was arrested in east Harris County by members of the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders and Fugitive Task Force, is being held without bond for alleged parole violation, Sgt. Joe Stanton said.
