Man Charged With Intoxication Assault
GALVESTON — A man charged with intoxication assault after a crash was accused of having a blood-alcohol level twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent, authorities said Thursday.
Marc V. Bosaw, 58, of Galveston, was released on $10,000 bond, police said. Police accused Bosaw of leaving a bar and rear-ending a car at 9:54 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of Seawall Boulevard. The other driver was taken to and released from the hospital.

Police Seek Assault Suspect
TEXAS CITY — Police were asking Thursday for the public’s help in finding a man accused of forcing his wife into a car and assaulting her, authorities said.
Antonio Sepeda, 43, of Texas City, has not been charged, but police are seeking his whereabouts after a 1:30 p.m. Wednesday incident, police said.
